1. Remove the band saw blade tooth protector gently.
2. Loosen the guides to accept the wider blade.
3. Install the new blade on to the guides.
4. Tighten the blade and contact the back edge guide rim.
5. Lock left and right guide alloy blocks (adjusting screws).
6. Run the band saw blade at low speed and remove the guard.
7. Adjust the wire brush position so that the outer ring is in contact with the tooth.
